Data we collect

Only through the booking form: your name, phone, email and, if you fill it in, your message. We collect no browsing data for advertising purposes.

Why and on what basis

This data is used solely to process your booking request, confirm or decline it, and get back to you about it. The legal basis is carrying out steps taken at your request (your booking).

Retention period

Your booking data is kept for a maximum of 12 months, then automatically deleted.

Who has access

Only the restaurant team accesses your booking data. No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies

The site only uses a language-preference cookie, to show you the site in your language. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, email us. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
